在新型電力系統(tǒng)加速構(gòu)建的背景下,壓縮空氣儲(chǔ)能(CAES)正逐漸成為電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰與新能源消納的重要技術(shù)路徑之一。
中電建肥城2×300MW(一期)鹽穴壓縮空氣儲(chǔ)能電站項(xiàng)目,作為國(guó)內(nèi)在建規(guī)模較大的鹽穴壓縮空氣儲(chǔ)能示范工程之一,承擔(dān)著區(qū)域電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰與儲(chǔ)能示范應(yīng)用的重要任務(wù)。
該項(xiàng)目采用“鹽穴儲(chǔ)氣 + 壓縮/膨脹發(fā)電 + 儲(chǔ)熱系統(tǒng)協(xié)同”的整體技術(shù)路線,對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性、循環(huán)可靠性以及全工況適應(yīng)能力提出了較高要求。

而這批氣動(dòng)閘閥,即將應(yīng)用于項(xiàng)目?jī)?chǔ)熱水罐及其附屬設(shè)備系統(tǒng)中,負(fù)責(zé)在能量轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程中,維持熱能平衡與系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定。面對(duì)高溫運(yùn)行、大流量輸送以及頻繁啟停工況,設(shè)備可靠性成為系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的重要基礎(chǔ)。
此次交付的閘閥配備高推力氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),滿足自動(dòng)化控制及遠(yuǎn)程運(yùn)行需求,為系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供可靠保障。
In this project, LIANGGU pneumatic gate valves are deployed in the thermal storage water tank system and its auxiliary facilities.Designed for high-temperature service, high flow conditions, and frequent cycling, system reliability becomes a key requirement for stable plant operation.
The valves are equipped with high-thrust pneumatic actuators, enabling automated control and remote operation, ensuring safe and stable performance under complex operating conditions.
